All content, software, technology, data, branding, and materials comprising the Bond Vault platform — including but not limited to the AI Co-Pilot, dealing room interface, analytics engine, and connectivity infrastructure — are the exclusive intellectual property of Bond Vault or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the platform ("Client Data"). By submitting Client Data, you grant Bond Vault a limited licence to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

Bond Vault does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data, pricing, or analytics provided through the platform. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring their activities on the platform comply with all applicable financial regulations, including but not limited to FCA, MiFID II, EMIR, and local regulatory requirements in their jurisdiction.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bond Vault shall not be liable for any:
Our aggregate liability for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Bond Vault in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement upon written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have breached these Terms, are engaging in illegal activity, or pose a risk to the platform or other users.
Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — shall continue to apply.
This agreement is governed by English law regardless of the European and/or other non-English rules applicable to conflict of laws or governed by international private law. Disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are accessing the Services from outside the United Kingdom, you are responsible for compliance with local laws applicable to your use of the Services.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered users by email and display a notice on the platform. The updated Terms will indicate the date of the last revision.
